LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway is available: 25% down, and up to 3 months to pay off. Layaway deposits are non-refundable so choose carefully.

SALES POLICY

Due to the special occasion nature of our merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS. No exclusions to this policy.

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICIES

Special Order dresses and accessories must be paid for in-full before the order is processed. All sales are final. No exchanges, no refunds.

Prom and other formalwear dresses, typically take less than two weeks to arrive if the company has the desired dress in stock. This amount of time may vary if the dress is not currently in stock. This policy excludes Mother of the Bride/Groom and Bridesmaids dresses.

Mother of the Bride/Groom and Bridesmaids dresses typically take 10-14 weeks to come in once they are ordered.
